Midlands-based insurance broker, The Bletchley Group (Bletchley) has appointed a new
claims manager.

Alison Shaw joins the Bletchley team as claims manager, bringing over 25 years of
experience working for leading insurance firms, including A-Plan Insurance, Swinton Group,
and Garfield & Bland.

Previously managing complex claims at Adler Insurance Group, Alison will oversee claims
management, in her new role, supporting clients and delivering high-quality customer
service.

This appointment reflects Bletchley’s commitment to enhancing its established claims
service and providing expert support to clients.
