Angela Irvine ACII, sales director at The Bletchley Group, has been nominated for Insurance Woman of the Year (firms <500 employees) at the Women in Insurance Awards 2025.

This nomination recognises Angela’s contributions to the industry, with the Woman of the Year category celebrating women whose work and achievements have helped raise the profile of the insurance sector as a career for women. 

Angela, whose career spans more than 30 years, is a chartered insurance broker with  responsibility for developing The Bletchley Group’s portfolio of regional and national clients, including SMEs and multinational corporations in a range of sectors.

She has enjoyed success in several senior roles including as a director of Adler Fairways, as well as founding her own independent insurance business, Stratford Insurance Office.

Beyond her role at The Bletchley Group, Angela serves as regional chair for the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) West Midlands and is the immediate past president of the Birmingham Insurance Institute.
